ProChile Unveils Export Achievements and Technological Advances for 2026
On December 12, 2025, the Director General of ProChile, Ignacio Fernández, presented a comprehensive review of the agency’s progress in promoting Chilean products and services both within the country and on the global stage. During the presentation, which gathered together representatives from exporters’ associations, key companies, and government authorities, Fernández outlined the main activities completed in 2025, the initiatives planned for 2026, and the new technological tools developed to drive Chilean exports.
Highlighting the outstanding performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MiPymes), Fernández shared, “If we look only at the exports of micro, small, and medium enterprises, in the first semester they had already reached a historic record of more than US$ 1.3 billion. And those #MiPymes that are users of ProChile—which are more than half the companies we support—went from exporting US$ 931 million in all of 2023 to US$ 1.173 billion between January and October of this year. This fills us with pride.” – Ignacio Fernández
The Director General also emphasized that the new technological solutions introduced by ProChile are aimed at further increasing the competitiveness and international presence of Chilean exporters. The agency’s enhanced digital platforms and tailored support mechanisms are poised to maximize export growth, particularly for smaller enterprises that are crucial to the nation’s economic development.
Looking ahead to 2026, ProChile has laid out a robust agenda, with targeted activities and partnerships designed to open up new markets and further consolidate Chile’s reputation for quality products and services worldwide.
