Resilience, Thinking Out of the Box, and Speed: Uniting Dubai and Serbia for Business Excellence

In an inspiring testament to international cooperation, Milenko Bujandric recently stepped into his new role as Chairman of the Serbian Business Council under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers. The appointment marks a significant milestone in the ongoing partnership between Dubai and Serbia—a partnership characterized by three defining words: Resilience, Thinking Out of the Box, and Speed.

Milenko Bujandric described his new responsibility as both a great honor and a challenge, emphasizing the importance of building upon the solid collaboration already established between the two dynamic regions.

The Serbian Business Council has become a crucial hub for facilitating connections, fueling innovation, and propelling proactive engagement among members. Supported by a passionate board and thriving membership, the council is set to inject fresh energy into the bilateral relationship, infusing it with a spirit of initiative and constructive dialogue.

A special acknowledgment was extended to Dr. Marko Selakovic, with Bujandric highlighting the academic’s remarkable career: “Your new academic tenure in London is a reward for brilliant university career. You deserved nothing less. But yes, you will be on the relation London – UAE so still pretty much involved with Serbian Business Council.”

The council’s recent Annual Assembly in the middle of August was attended by notable figures, including Tanja Sreckovic from the Serbian Embassy, Ms. Fatma Al Madani from Dubai Chambers, Omar Khaled Hamaoui, Dr. Mohammed Al Naeemat and Abdullah Al Naeemat, Olena Shyrokova, Ivan Mavrov, Robert Willock, Ivan Zeljkovic, and Nawar Abdul Wahed. Their presence exemplified the strong network and collaborative ethos that is shaping the Serbian Business Council into a benchmark of international partnership.

As the Serbian Business Council embarks on this new chapter, fueled by its commitment to resilience, innovative thinking, and speed, it stands poised to strengthen the bridge between Dubai and Serbia, driving opportunity and success for both markets.
