DUBAI, 1st June, 2025 — Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, the fourth edition of the World Police Summit significantly expanded its global footprint, drawing 53,922 participants from over 110 countries—a more than 300 percent increase from the previous year.
Organised by Dubai Police in partnership with DXB LIVE, the summit emerged as one of the largest global gatherings of law enforcement leaders. The event hosted 6 Ministers of Interior, 4 Deputy Ministers, 45 Police Chiefs, 41 Deputy Police Chiefs, alongside 692 ambassadors, consuls, and senior diplomats.
Held from 13th to 15th May at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the summit encompassed 140 sessions across 12 thematic areas, including anti-money laundering, AI in policing, digital fraud, aviation security, and community policing. A total of 302 speakers and 922 high-level experts contributed, reaffirming Dubai’s role as a hub for global security cooperation.
The event also enabled the signing of 38 memoranda of understanding involving police forces, technology companies and academic institutions. More than 900 individuals competed in the World Police Summit Awards, with 12 winners honoured on the concluding day.

Key international partners included INTERPOL, EUROPOL, UNODC, WHO, and NYU Abu Dhabi, which hosted a dedicated academic symposium. Notable side events included “Pearls in Policing“, with particular focus on empowering women in security and grooming future leaders.
The exhibition floor featured leading technology companies showcasing cutting-edge innovations. Summit partner Presight demonstrated AI-driven analytics for data-led policing, while Zenith Technologies highlighted its partnership with Dubai Police on smart traffic systems. Federal Signal Corporation premiered advanced emergency vehicle lighting systems designed to enhance operational safety.
Since its inaugural launch in 2022, the World Police Summit has evolved into a pivotal international platform for reimagining policing, reinforcing Dubai’s stature as a hub of security innovation, thought leadership, and global engagement.
