DMCC Signs Strategic Partnership with Hong Kong Tinkam Capital

Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hong Kong Tinkam Capital (HKTC), aimed at driving forward the development of a state-of-the-art power and energy equipment manufacturing park in Dubai. This partnership represents a significant step forward in reinforcing industrial cooperation and investment between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and China.

The newly signed MoU will facilitate a broad range of initiatives intended to promote industrial investment, enable knowledge exchange, and connect prospective Chinese enterprises with DMCC’s internationally recognised business ecosystem. By strengthening these links, the agreement underscores Dubai’s growing role as a gateway for Chinese companies seeking expanded access to both regional and global markets.

With more than 1,000 Chinese companies now operating from DMCC, the organisation continues to serve as a central hub for international business and cross-border collaboration. The partnership with HKTC not only supports the growth of the UAE’s manufacturing capabilities, but also deepens the commercial ties between two of the world’s most dynamic economies.

According to the official announcement, “The agreement will promote industrial investment, facilitate knowledge exchange, and connect prospective Chinese enterprises with DMCC’s world-leading business ecosystem, thereby reinforcing Dubai’s role as a gateway for Chinese companies entering regional and global markets.”

This collaboration marks another milestone in DMCC’s ongoing efforts to attract top-tier international partners to Dubai’s thriving business landscape, laying the foundation for new opportunities in the energy and manufacturing sectors while supporting the long-term goals of economic diversification in the region.
